Pregnancy Symptoms Quiz
Progress: Question 2 of 10
2. Morning Sickness
Have you experienced nausea, with or without vomiting?
Despite its name, “morning sickness” can occur at any time of day or night. It’s one of the most common symptoms, usually starting around the 6th week of pregnancy.
The main cause is the hormonal surge, especially the rapid rise in hCG and estrogen levels. The good news is that for most, this symptom subsides or disappears after the first trimester.
- Tips for relief: Eat small, frequent meals, keep crackers handy, stay hydrated, and avoid greasy or heavily spiced foods.
